1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Ouliy, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the app.
2 User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3 User-Generated Content
By submitting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your Content within the app. You must NOT post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, contains harassment or threats, infringes copyright, contains spam, or violates the privacy of others.
4 Audio Recordings
By submitting a recording, you confirm that you are the speaker, you consent to review by our moderation team, approved recordings may be visible to other users, and we reserve the right to remove recordings that violate our guidelines.
5 Learning Challenges & Content
Users may submit learning challenges (MCQ, Image, Written) subject to admin review before publication. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any challenge content at our discretion.
6 Points & Rewards System
⭐ Points (quinguePoints) have NO real monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money. We may adjust or reset points at any time. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity and are non-refundable once spent.
7 Rewards Store & Redemption
Each reward can only be purchased once per account. Redemptions are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. We are not responsible for third-party gift codes or links that are expired or invalid. Fraudulent point accumulation will result in account termination.
8 Dictionary Contributions
By submitting a word, you confirm the content is accurate and does not infringe on any copyright. All submissions are reviewed by admin before publication. Approved words become part of the shared dictionary. Submitting offensive content may result in account suspension.
9 Multiplayer Game Rooms
Game rooms are public or password-protected. We are not responsible for interruptions due to connectivity issues. Game scores are final. Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using automation tools is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
10 Friend System & Invitations
Friend requests may only be sent to users who consent. Game invitations must not be used for spam or harassment. Users can block or remove friends at any time. Friend lists are visible only to the account holder.
11 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: attempt unauthorized access to the app, use the app for commercial purposes without consent, scrape or redistribute content, impersonate other users, or engage in any activity that disrupts the app's functionality.
12 Intellectual Property
The Ouliy name, logo, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our explicit written permission.
13 Analytics & Advertising ID
Analytics & Advertising ID
The app uses Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app. This may involve collecting non-personal identifiers, such as the Advertising ID (AD ID). Data is collected anonymously and is used only to improve app functionality. No personalized ads are currently shown.
The app may in the future display advertisements via Google AdMob. We will always request explicit consent before serving personalized advertisements to EU/EEA users, in compliance with GDPR.
14 Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
15 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
16 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
17 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
18 Governing Law — Belgium
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgium. As a Belgian-based service, we comply with EU regulations including GDPR.

3 Contenu généré par l'utilisateur
En soumettant du contenu, vous nous accordez une licence mondiale non exclusive pour utiliser et distribuer votre contenu dans l'application. Vous NE DEVEZ PAS publier de contenu illégal, abusif, haineux, qui contient du harcèlement, viole des droits d'auteur ou du spam.
4 Enregistrements audio
En soumettant un enregistrement, vous confirmez être le locuteur et consentez à une vérification par notre équipe de modération. Les enregistrements approuvés peuvent être visibles par d'autres utilisateurs.
5 Défis d'apprentissage
Les utilisateurs peuvent soumettre des défis d'apprentissage (QCM, Image, Écrit) soumis à révision avant publication. Nous nous réservons le droit de rejeter, modifier ou supprimer tout contenu.
6 Système de points et récompenses
⭐ Les points (quinguePoints) n'ont aucune valeur monétaire réelle et ne peuvent être transférés, vendus ou échangés. Nous pouvons les ajuster à tout moment. Ils expirent après 12 mois d'inactivité et sont non remboursables.
7 Boutique de récompenses
Chaque récompense ne peut être achetée qu'une seule fois par compte. Les rachats sont DÉFINITIFS et NON REMBOURSABLES. L'accumulation frauduleuse de points entraîne la résiliation du compte.
8 Contributions au dictionnaire
En soumettant un mot, vous confirmez que le contenu est exact et ne viole aucun droit d'auteur. Toutes les soumissions sont vérifiées par un administrateur. Les mots approuvés font partie du dictionnaire partagé.
9 Salles de jeu multijoueur
Les salles de jeu sont publiques ou protégées par mot de passe. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des interruptions. Les scores sont définitifs. La triche et l'automatisation sont strictement interdites.
10 Système d'amis et invitations
Les demandes d'amis ne peuvent être envoyées qu'aux utilisateurs consentants. Les invitations ne doivent pas être utilisées pour du spam. Les utilisateurs peuvent bloquer ou supprimer des amis à tout moment.
11 Activités interdites
Vous vous engagez à ne pas tenter un accès non autorisé, utiliser l'application à des fins commerciales sans consentement, gratter ou redistribuer du contenu, usurper l'identité d'autres utilisateurs.
12 Propriété intellectuelle
Le nom Ouliy, le logo, le design et le contenu original nous appartiennent et sont protégés par la loi. Vous ne pouvez pas reproduire une partie de l'application sans permission écrite.
13 Publicité
L'application pourrait à l'avenir afficher des publicités via Google AdMob. Nous demanderons toujours un consentement explicite aux utilisateurs UE/EEE, conformément au RGPD.
14 Exclusion de garanties
L'application est fournie "telle quelle" sans aucune garantie. Nous ne garantissons pas qu'elle sera exempte d'erreurs, ininterrompue ou exempte de virus.
15 Limitation de responsabilité
Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, nous ne serons pas responsables des dommages indirects, accessoires ou consécutifs.
16 Résiliation
Nous nous réservons le droit de résilier ou suspendre votre compte à tout moment en cas de violation, avec ou sans préavis.
17 Modifications des conditions
Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces conditions à tout moment. L'utilisation continue après les modifications constitue une acceptation des nouvelles conditions.

Ces conditions sont régies par les lois belges et de l'Union européenne. En tant que service basé en Belgique, nous respectons les réglementations UE dont le RGPD.

2 حسابات المستخدمين
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتماد حسابك. يجب عليك تقديم معلومات دقيقة وكاملة عند إنشاء حسابك. نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تنتهك هذه الشروط.
3 المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدم
بتقديم المحتوى، تمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري وعالمياً ومجانياً لاستخدام وعرض وتوزيع محتواك. يُحظر نشر محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء أو يتضمن تحرشاً أو تهديداً أو ينتهك حقوق النشر.
4 التسجيلات الصوتية
بتقديم تسجيل، تؤكد أنك المتحدث وتوافق على مراجعة فريق الإشراف. قد تكون التسجيلات المعتمدة مرئية للمستخدمين الآخرين.
5 تحديات التعلم والمحتوى
يمكن للمستخدمين تقديم تحديات تعليمية (اختيار متعدد، صور، كتابي) تخضع لمراجعة الأدمن قبل النشر. نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو تعديل أو إزالة أي محتوى تحدٍّ.
6 نظام النقاط والمكافآت
⭐ النقاط (quinguePoints) ليس لها أي قيمة نقدية حقيقية ولا يمكن تحويلها أو بيعها أو استبدالها بالمال. يمكننا تعديلها في أي وقت. تنتهي صلاحية النقاط بعد 12 شهراً من عدم النشاط.
7 متجر المكافآت والاسترداد
يمكن شراء كل مكافأة مرة واحدة فقط لكل حساب. عمليات الاسترداد نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد. تراكم النقاط بشكل احتيالي يؤدي إلى إنهاء الحساب.
8 مساهمات القاموس
بتقديم كلمة، تؤكد أن المحتوى دقيق ولا ينتهك أي حقوق ملكية فكرية. تخضع جميع المشاركات لمراجعة الأدمن. الكلمات المعتمدة تصبح جزءاً من القاموس المشترك.
9 غرف اللعبة متعددة اللاعبين
غرف اللعب عامة أو محمية بكلمة مرور. لسنا مسؤولين عن الانقطاعات. نتائج اللعبة نهائية. يُحظر الغش أو استغلال الأخطاء أو استخدام أدوات الأتمتة.
10 نظام الأصدقاء والدعوات
لا يمكن إرسال طلبات الصداقة إلا للمستخدمين الموافقين. يجب عدم استخدام دعوات اللعبة للبريد العشوائي. يمكن للمستخدمين حذف أو إزالة الأصدقاء في أي وقت.
11 الأنشطة المحظورة
توافق على عدم: محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به للتطبيق، استخدامه لأغراض تجارية دون موافقة، كشط المحتوى أو إعادة توزيعه، انتحال شخصية مستخدمين آخرين.
12 الملكية الفكرية
اسم Ouliy والشعار والتصميم والمحتوى الأصلي مملوكة لنا ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية. لا يجوز إعادة إنتاج أي جزء دون إذن كتابي صريح.
13 الإعلانات
قد يعرض التطبيق في المستقبل إعلانات عبر Google AdMob. سنطلب دائماً موافقة صريحة قبل الإعلانات المخصصة لمستخدمي الاتحاد الأوروبي.
14 إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمانات
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. لا نضمن أنه سيكون خالياً من الأخطاء أو غير منقطع.
15 تحديد المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق.
16 الإنهاء
نحتفظ بالحق في إنهاء أو تعليق حسابك في أي وقت إذا انتهكت هذه الشروط، مع إشعار أو بدونه.
17 تغييرات الشروط
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التغييرات يشكل قبولاً للشروط الجديدة.
18 القانون الحاكم — بلجيكا
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين بلجيكا والاتحاد الأوروبي. تُحسم أي نزاعات أمام المحاكم البلجيكية المختصة. نلتزم بلوائح الاتحاد الأوروبي بما فيها اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات.
